Visa Information

Depending on your citizenship or country of long-term residence, you may need to secure a visa before traveling to Korea. With a round-trip ticket, you have permission to stay for 30 days. Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand citizens can stay for up to 90 days. Should you need a visa to travel to Korea, you will need to officially apply for your visa at the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence, providing a letter of invitation. The letter of invitation establishes the purpose of your trip to Korea and provides information on your proposed stay in Korea.

Invitation Letter for a visa is available for participants who register and make full payment of the fee The cooperative letter visa for the accompanying person can be given only by following condition. Due to policy, separate letter for accompanying person can NOT be given. Therefore, the general information of accompanying person will be added to the letter of the original registered delegate's invitation letter. Additionally, the condition to receive this letter is only if the delegates has paid the banquet ticket for the accompanying person . If you need invitation letter, please send a copy of passport to the registration office (registration@wccm2016.org) after completing your registration.
